FREE SHIPPING FOR OVER $50

Dilmah Store offers FREE shipping for orders over $50.00. The subtotal must exceed $50 after applying promotional discounts and before taxes are added. This offer does not apply to US Territories, Alaska, or Hawaii. These orders will be shipped via UPS. 

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER GETS SHIPPED?

Orders received during the week before 2 pm PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm or on the weekend or holiday ship following work day.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TIME TAKE?

Most orders are received within 5 working days from the time of your order. There are exceptional times when delivery is delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or access to your location. Please reach out to us if your package is not received within 10 working days from the day you place your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is expedited. To track, simply login to the UPS tracking site and input your number. 

CAN I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?

No, we are currently not shipping to international destinations. 

WE DELIVER APO/FPO ADDRESS

Yes, UPS   delivery is available for deliveries to APO or FPO Boxes.
